1. Noise control
Generally speaking, FFUs are used in parallel with several or even dozens of fans. The noise superposition shall be considered in the design to ensure that the 50073-2001 "The noise level (empty state) of non unidirectional flow clean rooms shall not be greater than 60dB, and the noise level of unidirectional flow and mixed clean rooms shall not be greater than 65dB" is clearly stipulated in the design code GB for clean room plants. Therefore, when selecting fans, it is better to select high-performance, press out type and axial blade fans for direct drive to reduce the overall noise.
2. Select the fan housing
When selecting the fan housing structure, it is not only necessary to consider preventing the fan leakage, removing the damage caused during transportation and transportation, but also to consider the disinfection environment.
