Preparation before installation
Before installation, be fully familiar with the fan instructions, clean the fan working exhaust system drawings, unpack and check whether the fan components are complete, whether there is collision outside the shell, pay special attention to whether the rectifier at the head has collision deformation, whether all parts are connected tightly, whether the blade motor is damaged, and whether the impeller rotates flexibly. If problems are found, they should be repaired and adjusted.
Check the installation foundation of the fan, which must have sufficient strength and stiffness to ensure that the fan can bear the load during operation, and check whether the connection size between the foundation and the fan meets the design requirements.
Fan installation
1. Fan horizontal installation
Fix the shock absorber on the fan base through the connecting bolts, adjust the horizontal height of each shock absorber with the central height adjusting pad, and fix the fan on the connecting steel plate welded on the foundation with the fixing bolts. If the shock absorber is not required due to seismic and other factors, the screw hole on the fan base can be directly connected with the embedded bolt on the foundation.
2. Horizontal installation of side wall
The basic requirements for fan installation are the same as those for horizontal installation, but the installation of support requires a certain strength and stiffness, which is not suitable for fans above 10 #.
3. Suspension installation
First, connect the shock absorber and fan as a whole with bolts. The shock absorbers are installed symmetrically on both sides of the fan center of gravity. The fan is inserted directly into and mounted in the suspension bracket. The height of the suspension bracket is determined by the customer according to the actual space distance. This installation type is generally not used for fans above 16 #.
4. Vertical installation: the vertical installation mode of the fan is consistent with the ground installation, and the requirements for the fan foundation strength and stiffness are stricter.
