Installation and maintenance instructions of roof axial flow fan

Installation and maintenance of roof axial flow fan are as follows:

1. The installation foundation must be higher than the roof, and the surface must be flat to prevent water seepage. The anchor screws must be embedded.

2. Add a layer of 5mm rubber plate between the fan base and the foundation. In order to reduce vibration, the anchor screws should be equipped with spring washers to avoid loosening in use.

3. Before adjustment and operation, each part of the fan shall be checked in detail, and the rotating impeller shall be free from stagnation, stagnation and friction.

4. At the beginning of the test run, first start the motor and check whether the rotation direction of the impeller is correct (the impeller should rotate counterclockwise when looking down).

5. There shall be no abnormality during trial operation or normal use, and the voltage shall be normal The current, vibration and noise shall be within the normal range.

6. During operation, shut down the machine immediately in case of the following conditions, find out the cause, and start the machine only after the fault is queued.

① Violent vibration

② Sudden increase of noise or abnormal noise

③ White smoke from motor

④ The temperature rise of motor and bearing pedestal is too high.

7. When the damper is electric, open the damper first; When the cabinet centrifugal fan is turned off, turn off the fan first, and then close the damper.

8. After 72 hours of operation, check the connector of primary air fan every half a year If the fastener is loose, adjust the tightness of the drive belt and add moisturizing oil (grease).

9. When it snows in winter, the freezing date must be started frequently to prevent the fan outlet from being blocked by heavy snow.

10. After long-term shutdown, check again according to the adjustment method and put it into normal operation.
