Multi wing centrifugal fan is essentially a variable flow and constant pressure equipment. When the speed is determined, the theoretical pressure flow curve of the centrifugal fan should be a straight line. Due to internal losses, the actual characteristic curve is curved. The change of inlet air temperature or density has a great impact on the pressure formed by the centrifugal fan. The pressure generated by high inlet air temperature (low air density). For a given pressure and flow characteristic curve, There is a power and flow characteristic curve. When the blower operates at a constant speed, the required power increases with the decrease of intake air temperature.

Fan maintenance and storage:

1. The operating environment should always be kept clean, the fan surface should be kept clean, the fan surface should be kept clean, and there should be no debris at the inlet and outlet, and the dust and other debris in the fan and pipe should be removed regularly.

2. The fan can only operate when it is completely normal. Colleagues should ensure that the power supply facilities have sufficient capacity and stable voltage, and prohibit open phase operation. The power supply lines must be special lines, and temporary lines shall not be used for long-term power supply.

3. During the operation of the fan, it is found that the sound of the fan is abnormal, the motor is seriously heated, the enclosure is live, and the switch trips. If it cannot be started, it should be immediately closed for inspection. To ensure safety, the fan cannot be repaired during operation. After maintenance, a 5-minute test run shall be carried out to ensure that there is no abnormality before startup and operation.

The fan is allowed to be started under full voltage or reduced voltage. However, it should be noted that the current during full voltage startup is 5~7 times of the rated voltage, and the rotating distance of reduced voltage startup is proportional to the square of the voltage. When the grid capacity is insufficient, step-down starting shall be used. (When the power is greater than 11, KW shall be started by reducing voltage).

The number of people shall not be less than two during the trial operation. One person controls the power supply, and the other person observes the operation of the fan, and immediately turns off for inspection in case of any abnormality; First, check whether the rotation direction is correct; During the operation of the fan, check whether the operating current of each phase is balanced and whether the current exceeds the rated voltage; In case of any abnormality, the inspection shall be stopped. After five minutes of operation, turn off the fan, check whether there is any abnormality, and start operation after confirming that there is no abnormality.
